OUR PANETTONI
Mother yeast, the main ingredient, is processed and left to rest; then there are three phases of processing the dough, such as to guarantee a correct fermentation lasting about twenty hours, before cooking. Once cooked, our panettone remains upside down for twelve hours before being packaged. No preservatives or chemical additives are present in it, so the shelf life does not exceed 60 days.

The passion for the production of handcrafted and genuine products is a precious gift from our parents. We are Ezio and Rocco Calciano and our pastry shop is 40 years old.
