Ingredients: stone-ground common wheat flour, Normandy cow butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk, jumbo Chilean raisins macerated in aged rum, orange peel (orange, glucose syrup, brown sugar), lemon peel PGI Sorrento, natural yeast, acacia honey, salt, malt, vanilla pods from Madagascar. No Frosting.
