Ingredients: stone-ground soft wheat flour, Normandy cow’s butter, sugar, fresh egg yolks, Chilean jumbo raisins soaked in aged rum, orange peel (orange, glucose syrup, cane sugar), Sorrento PGI lemon peel, natural yeast, acacia honey, salt, malt, Madagascar vanilla pods. Glaze: sugar, premium Bari almonds, egg white, corn flour, semolina, cocoa powder, butter.
