RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms illustrated below, Pasticceria Calciano srl will refund the sums due within 14 days from the date on which it becomes aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer.
1. WHO
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the final consumer. The final consumer is a subject who acts for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out.
2. HOW AND WHEN
The right of withdrawal can be exercised, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen working days. The term starts from the day on which the goods are received and, if the order requires more shipments, from the day on which the last delivery is received.
