RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised by following the procedures and terms outlined below, Pasticceria Calciano srl, will refund the amounts due within 14 days from the date it becomes aware of the consumer’s exercise of the Right of Withdrawal.
1.WHO.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by the final consumer. II final consumer is a person acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried on.
- HOW AND WHEN.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of fourteen working days. II term starts from the day the goods are received and, if the order requires multiple shipments, from the day the last delivery is received. The notice of withdrawal, must contain an explicit statement of withdrawal from the contract provided by the Consumer Code.
It is also possible to send a prior email within the same deadline provided that this communication is confirmed by a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the next 48 hours. In order to verify compliance with the deadline, the registered letter is deemed to have been sent when it is delivered to the accepting post office. In any case, the acknowledgement of receipt is not an essential condition for proving the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
- IN CASE OF DELIVERY

PAYPAL
Concluding a purchase with this type of payment will display a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your personal e-mail address and password for your PayPal account, or access the procedure for creating a new PayPal account. Pasticceria Calciano srl observes the regulations on contracts concluded at a distance as per articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

SHIPPING TO ITALY
The cost of shipping is € 5.00 for orders up to € 180.00, after which it is free .
If the product is available on www.pasticceriacalciano.com it will be processed in stock within 16 working hours and then shipped by GLS courier that will deliver within 24/48 working hours (72 for the islands and other few areas far from the main population centers, excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
These timelines are valid except for the occurrence of certain unforeseen events that could lengthen the delivery time (Christmas and Easter period, summer holiday period, bad weather, absence of the recipient, momentary depletion of goods, etc.). Please provide us with an address where you are sure the package can be received and also, provide us with a telephone number (preferably cell phone number) to give to the courier. II courier will make 2 attempts at delivery. In the event that the recipient is absent after two passes of the courier, our customer service department will call the customer back by phone to proceed with the re-delivery of the package.
In-Store Pickup FREE SERVICE
Pastry Calciano also allows you to order online and choose to pick up your order at our store. This service is FREE. As soon as everything is ready for pickup, a saleswoman will notify the customer by phone, who is asked to show up with relevant order confirmation document received by email (in hard copy or viewable on mobile/laptop).
RETURNS
In case any problem occurs with the delivered products, we always intervene to solve the problem, if it is correctly reported to us by email (sent to info@pasticceriacalciano.) no later than 5 days from the date of delivery. These items and the packaging carton should not be thrown away as they will be essential to report the incident, make the return and proceed with the replacement or refund as needed.
